Overview
At Galaxy Zone® USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return and refund terms below.
This policy applies to purchases made within the United States.
Returns
Eligibility
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Final sale or clearance items
- Custom or personalized products
How to start a return
- Contact us at sales@egalaxyz.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item to the address provided.
⚠️ You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
Restocking fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error.
Refunds
Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item is not in original condition (damaged, missing parts)
- Item is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Item shows clear signs of use
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your bank — some banks take additional time to post refunds.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Email us at sales@egalaxyz.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include photos of the defect or damage.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
For size or color exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
- We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- To cancel, email us immediately with "CANCEL" and your order number in the subject line.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
United States Compliance Notes
This policy complies with:
- U.S. federal guidelines on e-commerce returns (no federal law requires a return window, but 30 days is considered reasonable)
- State-specific laws (e.g., California requires a clear return policy posted; this policy meets that requirement)
