2. Dropshipping & Third-Party Services (USA)

To fulfill orders efficiently, Galaxy Zone® USA utilizes USA, a third-party dropshipping and order fulfillment service.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Third-Party Fulfillment: Your order may be fulfilled and shipped directly by USA or its network of suppliers and warehouses located in the United States and globally .
  2. Data Sharing: To process your order, we must share your name, shipping address, and order details with USA. This is subject to our Privacy Policy.
  3. Inventory & Availability: Product availability and shipping times displayed on our site are based on information provided by USA. We do not guarantee that every product shown is always in stock, as inventory levels change in real-time.
  4. White Label Packaging: Products may arrive in Galaxy Zone® branded packaging or standard USA packaging depending on the fulfillment location .

3. Purchases & Orders

If you wish to purchase any product made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including your credit card information, billing address, and shipping information.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price, fraud detection, or violation of these Terms.
  • Once an order is placed, it is automatically synced to our fulfillment partner (USA). Therefore, order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing the order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily from USA warehouses located within the United States.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 5-12 business days. Expedited shipping may be available at checkout .
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
  • Partial Shipping: If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately from different USA warehouse locations.

5. Returns & Refunds

As we use a third-party fulfillment network (USA), returned items must be sent to the return address provided in our Return Policy. Do not return items to the manufacturer's address listed on the packaging unless instructed to do so by our support team.

We are not responsible if information made available on this Service is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this Service is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

  3. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Because we utilize a third-party dropshipping model (USA), we act as a seller of record but do not physically handle the goods. While we vet our partners, we are not liable for temporary stockouts, manufacturing defects from the supplier, or shipping delays caused by the carrier or USA, provided we make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Galaxy Zone® USA and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers (including USA), subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
